T30 GYM STAFF
Laura has been involved in gymnastics since the age of 3, starting in a club like T30GYM. Within 2 years she was competing and winning schools gymnastics competitions and was soon hooked on the sport; training every opportunity she had.
As a member of the Britiish Gymnastic team she competed for GB in internationals all over the world, taking part in 3 world championships. In 1991 she became the youngest ever british champion.
Since retiring from the sport competitively, Laura's love of gymnastics has seen her continue her career as a gymnastic coach. For the past 15 years she has worked with Maltman's Green school's gymnastics teams, winning national titles every year. In 2005 Laura founded T30 GYM to provide recreational gymnastics sessions to children of all ages and abilities to allow everyone the opportunity to participate.
I have been involved in coaching gymnastics for 18yrs and have developed a love for the sport that has provided me with a wealth of opportunity, experience and happy memories. I have coached all levels of gymnasts from pre-school children to British Champions and was a GB National Coach for several years. Once that my daughters started gymnastics at T30, Laura's passion and enthusiasm was contagious and I couldn't keep away! Level 4 Women's artistic+Aerobic Level 3 Pre-school Gymnastics
Cairine is a Level 3 Women’s Artistic and General Gymnastics coach with over 10 years’ experience coaching in Schools and Gymnastics Clubs. She is an ex-gymnast, having competed at Regional level and representing the University of Birmingham during her time there. Cairine is currently also coaching at Chalfonts Community College and teaching at Maltman’s Green School.
I am a British Gymnastics Level 2 qualified Women's Artistic Coach and have loved gymnastics since the age of 3. Starting to help coaching at the age of 14, I am now one of the senior coaches at T30GYM. An ex Southern Region County Champion, gymnastics is my passion which is why I chose to make the coaching of this sport my career.
Many ex- squad gymnasts like to get involved and help with the coaching at the club. Sharing the same passion and love of gymnastics, the coaches are enthusiastic about passing on their knowledge and experience to the younger gymnasts.
