Gymnasts who may be new to the sport but show potential from a young age. They use all apparatus with an additional focus on flexibility and strength.

2 x 45 mins per week.

Gymnasts who want to compete but haven't done a lot of competitions before. They train on all apparatus but may compete on just floor and vault if they choose to.

Age 8+

Gymnasts who have had lots of experience training and competing and are taking their gymnastics more seriously whilst having a natural talent. They are expected to push themselves and look for high placements in competitions. They should perform with good technique and brilliant presentation.

3 hours per week.

Saturday 12.20-13.40

Age 7 +

Gymnasts who have heaps of talent and energy and are self motivated to work hard both in the training sessions and at home in between. They take their gymnastics very seriously and commit to all the training sessions and competitions. They should be good role models for others in the gym and will compete on all 4 pieces. Girls in this squad will be expected to train in the holiday times and be available for extra training when needed. Always striving to perform with excellent technique and presentation.

6 hours per week.
